Yes, they are allowed with an extra damage deposit of a 1/4 of rental fee.
Yes, smoking and vaping are not permitted inside any of our rentals.
We pay for water and sewer.
Our contract are a 12 month fixed agreement, this can be interrupted without any penalty by providing 2 full calendar month notice. If you know you are moving out by July 1, you need to let me know before or by April 30.
